I purchased close to 50 of these useless boxes and installed them for customers. I will never buy another WD product again nor would I have anything good to say about WD. Looking alot like HP garbage to me!
Ya I’m a little passed now. Recently got netflix and audio has issues transitioning from Netflix to local videos. Have to pull and reinsert HDMI.
Smp does not have this issue.
Netflix on Smp has profiles. Hub does not. Hub is forced to use the primary profile.
Went to switch my Smp to living room and hub to bedroom for these reason but forgot hub doesn’t have wifi. Can’t justify buying an external wifi adapter for an incomplete discontinued product.
I am about to switch to a Vbox from VMedia soon. Both hub and Smp will be replaced.
