hi 

when I store data mixed with pictures and movies , the pictures transformed to my passport but the movies not all of them why ?!

I have tried to download the software that formats the "my passport "

but the same problem it gives me an io error .

That happens just when I try to move a movie or video clip to my storage .

and that’s not all ,

when I tries to eject the USB it is stuck and I can’t get it out.

i have try full format and error check but it got stuck i mean it didn’t continue with the process i chose it to do

I will have someone look at this to verify that it is indeed your drive and not the utility.

What version of Data Lifeguard are you using? Did you download the new 1.21 version? If not, I would recommend that you download the latest version and try to run the test again. If you are still having problems I would try the drive in a different computer and change the USB cable. If the issue continues, then you may need to replace the drive. Please see the link below to download the latest version of the software.
