Hi, im a new user in this community site. I have a problem in my wd element, when I plug it to the tv it says “UNABLE TO DETECT INTERNAL DRIVE, PLEASE CHECK.” Can anyone help me out?

Have you verified that the TV supports a specific file system or drive size? What happens when you connect the drive to a computer?
