Where did you pruchase it? Maybe the retailer can help and and provide order info.

Try going to their Websiteto check the warranty and see what options are provided
you might need to contact WD for help with this…
WD won’t be able to help you. If you can’t provide a proof of purchase, they won’t be able to update the warranty.
In some cases the retailer you purchased it from should be able to provide you a duplicate receipt if you paid using a credit card. This is why it’s so important to hold on to receipts.
Its better if you check the warranty online. If u have the warranty then u can easily
