I lost my CD that was received with My WD Passport Ultra and I’m not able to login to this external storage.
What app need to download?

I don’t ever recall using a CD to access these drives.

I think you just need the wifi password supplied on the setup card.
I am sure there are full instructions somewhere on the WD website.
If you plug the passport into a computer; you can access the drive (but not set it up for wireless) as a standard external drive. There may be a manual on the drive itself that may help you.

There is a “WD my cloud” app in the Apple/Google stores; but I did not use those apps to access the drive for setup. I think you can just use any standard web browser to access the drive.
