on my old one… I had no problem finding the movies on my PC… and on this one… I cannot locate them… all I keep seeing is the WD HD… any help would be greatly appericated!!

If you have your videos in a shared folder on a PC, pick VIDEOS from the main menu, the press the RED button on the remote. Then pick Network Share from the Select Content Source and you should be able to pick your PC and the shared folder.
