I purchased an 8T easystore desktop HDD Plug and PlayI downloaded the files and during setup, the program stopped at 18 seconds and just sat there. I tried to get help and that is non existant. I bought the different periferals tonight from BEST BUY and two did not work, one being the WD Discovery 8T external hard drive. I need help.
