I have lost password for one of the Folder in My Book Live Drive which has files. How to retrieve Password or remove Password of particular folder?

Folders (shares) don’t have passwords. The user accounts that are permitted to access the various shares have the passwords.
If you are the admin, you can change the user password from the web GUI.
Dear Tony,
I have tried the way you suggested but getting an error when connecting
with WD Windows. I have set up My Book Live Cloud as well and tried
to connect but still not able to connect. If you look at 1.PNG you will
see my problem, I have setup password to particular folder long back
& stored data. Unfortunately, I forgot password, which not able to break.
Look at 2.png as well which I have tried.
Pl give me a solution.

You didn’t read what I said.
FOLDERS do NOT have passwords. USERS have passwords. If you’ve forgotten the admin password, then you’ll need to do a system reset (described in the owner’s manual) which will reset the password but will NOT delete your data.
