I have issue with my cloud software

i have issue with my cloud software


i can reach it over APP on iPhone or by share folder

I assume you are having an issue with your PC Only?
What OS are you running?
Can you find the IP of your My Cloud within your router?
Have you tried typing in the IP Address of the My Cloiud within you browser?
Have you read the Manual for your version of the My Cloud?

its new devise , yes i can reach the device by browser but i want the software is faster i think

Trust me, the software is NOT faster. As you can see from your experience WD software comes with many issues.

It isn’t.

You need to learn to configure the device via the Dashboard, so you may as well start out by doing the initial device setup via the Dashboard. Download and read the User Manual.

No using the software is not necessarily faster for local access to the My Cloud. One can perform the entire configuration of the My Cloud by accessing the My Cloud Dashboard. If you haven’t done so already you should read through the My Cloud User Manual (http://support.wdc.com/product.aspx?ID=904) which explains how to configure and use the My Cloud.

If you have a specific problem with a WD program/software you may want to see the dedicated WD Software subforum to see if the issue has been discussed in the past.

i dont know why , i can find the share folder but from the software i have issue
