I formatted the 2 hdd’s of my my book live duo now it is not booting up at all-only the yellow led is on. How do i get back the operating system on the hard drive? Thank u for answering
Hello xdneox, in that caseyou need to call support to replace the unit, since the My Book OS is saved in the hard drives. Unfortunately there is no other supported way to restore the OS. You can also create the RMA from the suppor page. Check the link below for the steps.
