I have a problem of loading MY cloud app

Everyting was OK until today.

When I try to connect my cloud on ipad. it said i have to wait for loading.

Even I waited over 10 minutes, it still said loading.

I woud like to know what happen on my app.

Desktop is ok to upload files.

Only my ipad app has a problem for opening files.


Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

I have the same problem.

Just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still just says Loading. 

I have tried on 2 iphones and an ipad.

I did notice the firmware was updated last night.

Same here…but my app goes blank agter a while of ‘Loading’…CS said they will look into it, I’ll reply if/when I have a solution…
