I just bought this hard drive saturday i have owned previous ones and i go to my computer and drag and drop whatever information i want into it. ON this hard drive its showing up in my devices and printers but wont let me send anything to it or show up in my computer what could be the problem the software isn’t working either.
Is this drive formatted for your OS? Look in Disk Management and see if the drive shows there and has a drive letter and is ionline.
