I got the wrong drives for My Cloud PR2100

I accidentally ordered the wrong drives when I ordered a My Cloud PR2100. I ordered WD80EFBX. When I got the PR2100 and the 2 drives I read the instructions and the drives I ordered are not compatible. How do I go about returning them and getting the right ones?
