I got a WD Blue 1TB 3d Nand SSD for storage. It worked for a little while, but now if it's attached to my SATA it causes the Windows to not be able to boot

If I access my BIOS, I can see the drive there, but if I let my computer get past that, it just sits at the HP logo with spinning dots. I’ve already tried reordering my hard drive boots in BIOS and that did nothing. All my drivers are up to date. My setup is as follows:
