I got a big issue with my cloud home (MCH for short) when I try to set it up it keeps asking me to reset to factory.
Here is the story:
A month ago in my workplace we found an old MCH sitting in dust. They gave it to me as a gift. When I took it home I plugged it in, and downloaded the app on my android phone. I create an account, the app finds the MCH (with the name of my workplace) no problem, I clicked set up as new and asks me to push the button from behind and factory reset it. I do that the app re finds it now with no name, I click on set up as new, and now it asks me again to factory reset it again.
This has been a loop with no end. I factory reset it a dozen times but there is no luck. The customer service can’t give me a proper solution, so I came here.
