I dropped my 2TB WD hard drive- is there anything I can do?

Hi all,

I tripped on the cable and brought my 2TB hard drive to the floor- about a 2 foot drop.  One laptop still recognises it and shows all the data but the movies will not play without skipping/pausing etc.  I have attempted to transfer some movies to another hard drive but some will not move. 

It also takes hours for a single gig to copy.  Is there anything I can do myself to fix this? (Im not going to have it professionally seen too- if anything I’ll have to learn the hard way from it)

Check the link below for the steps to run a test with DLG, if it fails replace it, if it passes the test backup as much information as you can and then format it.
