I don't know how to copy files on my second disk (JBOD setting)

I got a new My Cloud EX2 Ultra with two 4tb disks. It was configured with RAID 0. I changed it to JBOD because I want to use the two disks for storage. Now in the Dashboard it says I have 8tb free, but when I try to copy more than 4tb it says insufficient space.
