I couldn't connect to wd my cloud away from HOME (remotely)

A lot of bad experiences lately with my cloud. Product use to be seemless and a trill to own. Lately on the phone with tech support a lot.

I wasn’t able to connect to my cloud outside of the home (remotely) even though the port forwarding was set up properly. After repeated calls with 2nd level support. Issue still existed.

2 1/2 weeks later. After visiting the wd my cloud community. I saw my internet provider needed to update router settings. Whoa. Its working again.

This use to be a top product. But lately many bad experiences.
