I tried to submit my information to WD and it was rejected. So then I tried to contact customer care via Twitter and after a week they finally told me to do what I did originally, which is submit a ticket. But every time I try, I get an error. My PC is running Windows 10 Pro and Chrome. Both are up to date. Yet when I tried to submit the entire form, I get the following:
