the hard disc at first it can not formatted .I have got a message that the format could not be complete succesfuly and it stucked at 20%.I use also an external controller and nothing againg.Maybe a fault hard disc?

Try WD’s Data LifeGuard diagnostic.
It could be that the drive is stumbling on bad sectors. You could create a second partition beyond the problem location and then try formatting this second partition.
