I have a MyCloud EX2 and I regularly perform a remote backup to another EX2.
Since the 22 juli my remote backup does not work.
The settings panel, under Cloud Acces says:
Cannot establish remote access connection. Make sure you are connected to the internet.”
My internet works and I can use the EX2 from my own network, but I can not contact it from other locations over the internet.
I can not Sign in to MyCloud.com either.
Does anyone know what could be wrong?
