I cant sign in to WD MyCloud.com and Remote Backup does not work

I have a MyCloud EX2 and I regularly perform a remote backup to another EX2.

Since the 22 juli my remote backup does not work.
The settings panel, under Cloud Acces says:

“Connection Status
Cannot establish remote access connection. Make sure you are connected to the internet.”

My internet works and I can use the EX2 from my own network, but I can not contact it from other locations over the internet.

I can not Sign in to MyCloud.com either.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

You may want to see the dedicated EX2 subforum where there may be people more familiar with the EX2. This subforum (My Cloud) typically discusses the single bay My Cloud units.
