I can't see my shares despite the fact that i can see the same capacity

I can’t see my shares and can’t access to the files, despite the fact that i can see the same capacity that has been on my wdmycloudEX4.

The firmware is 1.05.30 and it has been working great until yesterday, when I was trying to add a non-writeble user to my wdmycloudEX4 throught the web dashboard.

I have 16 tera-byte in raid 5 mode and all the drives works well.

I need your help

Have you tried accessing the drive from a different computer to see if the shares show up? Try resetting the unit to see if this helps out.
