I can't see my password protected wd passport

hello
my hard had a password that i inserted to my virtual drive to open the drive but after scaning the computer with nod 32 antivirus i can’t see my passport
and it’s not seen in disk management
please help how can i see my hard

Hello,

Have you tried resetting the computer?

Unplug the drive, reset the computer and plug the unit back in. It should ask you for the password again.

Open smartware with the drive disconnected, then plug the drive in once you see the smartware home screen. If it doesn’t ask you for the password then something’s wrong with the drive or the USB cable.
