Hi! today, I’ve had a problem: my data was unaccessible on plex from my phone, tablet or TV Box. After a brainstorming, i found why: My plex server (on my MCH) was deactivated after last update (yesterday midnight).
I logged in to mycloud account, select know more (en savoir plus in french), select plex and click activated or reactivated.
Hoping this will help somebody.
