@Green75 the missing Sign In for MCH means the Desktop App (kdd) did not get installed for some reason.
Any third party firewall, antivirus, end point protection or internet security software installed? If so, it could have blocked the installation or WD Discoveryw as not install as the Windows Administrator user. Remove and Install again after checking for 3rd party software blocking.
