I can't install WD ACCESS

Firstly please excuse my English… i’m french and don’t speack english. Thanks!!

I want to install WD ACCESS on two LENOVO laptop , for the first nothing to say it works very well, but for the second one the install program send this message :

“A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run”

I try many things , re-start, desinstall and re-installl the soft and nothing works,

If somebody can help it will be great.

This error usually caused by the Windows installer package.
