SMB 1.0 support has been dropped with MCH firmware 8.12 and above, so this is usually no longer necessary. See the release notes for MCH firmware updates.
You should be able to see the MCH SMB share after apply Windows net use command as shown here:
The command below is similar to the one I used, I have hidden the IP address, WDHname is the local username, password is the local password.
C:\Users\PC>net use y: \***.***.*.***\WDHname password /user:WDHname
