I have a Mac and MacBook Pro. My cloud has uploaded files and the photos app from the mac, but i can’t find photos when using the macbook pro. Any suggestions, please?
The My Cloud does not “upload” files. What software or app did you use to upload the files from your Mac to the My Cloud? Mac Finder? Where did you upload the files too on the My Cloud? What app/software are you using to locate the photos on the My Cloud?
