I can't connect the hard drive

he just doesn’t see it
and the other old one works without problems
maybe that someone can recommend what to do???

we don’t know what hard drive you have, or what you’re connecting it to (he doesn’t see it is no help), or what your older hard drive is that works.

I recommend you provide a lot more information, as much as you can, for any hope a someone trying to assist you.
