Remote access using the MyCloud.com web portal has been down for over a week with little response from WD on the issue. Several other discussions on this ongoing issue:

Can't Connect

I’ve tried everything I can but I cannot connect to my MyCloud, which is horrible because I have important data on there. I have gotten various erros such as “devicexx8347-ea6a606f.wd2go.com refused to connect.” to “Can’t Connect To WDMyCloud” to 5xx errors. Is there anyone else who has had this and solved it? Or at least come up with a workaround?

WD MyCloud Remote Access Not Working

I have two WD devices connected to my Router: WD MyCloud Mirror and a WD MyCloud. The Mirror device works perfectly when connected via local or other WiFi; and it works well using 4G devices. My WD MyCloud works perfectly when connected via local or other WiFi; but DOES NOT WORK when attempting to be accessed remotely either via WiFi networks or 4G devices. At this time we customers do not know why WD hasn’t fixed remote access or even what has caused it.
