I can't access the Dashboard after the new update

Hi all,

I’m using the 2TB MyCloud version. Is there something wrong with the last update, because i can’t access the Dashboard anymore. In Chrome, it shows the black screen. In IE 11 it has an 500 - internal server error. I don’t have the access to ssh, so i did the reset and then the system restore physically, but nothing changed…

do you have an external USB attached? if so detach it and do a system only restore. leave it off until stable

did you have a static IP set? the system only restore would reset it to DHCP so initial access must be by name or look up the assigned IP in your router

Everything else are working ok, i can access the drive. The only thing that doesn’t work is the DashBoard

do a search, there have been a number of threads on this but I don’t think there has ever been a real or single solution.

you could try looking up th IP in the router then going to the website http:\IPADDRESS\ui it probably won’t help but it might

once this is resolved I strongly suggest setting a static IP aoutside of the DHCP pool as it avoids a lot of issues

Yes, i’ve already try to access the dashboard using the device’s IP.

I’ve already searched for the threads with similar problems, it seems like alot of people have the same problems since the last update
