I can't access my WD MyCloud after Modem Changed

My WD MyCloud was working fine but today my ISP changed my modem and my IP is also changed from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.10.1 and my WD MyCloud IP was 192.168.1.5… It is not working now… I have uninstall the software of WD MyCloud and reinstall it but it shows the device with IP 192.168.1.5 but when I press the connect button it says “Failed to connect the device”.

Kindly reply with the solution.

Have you tried a 40 second reset? That should take your MyCloud back to default settings but NOT erase any of your data. Read the manual on 40 second reset for more info.

I didn’t try 40 second reset but did 04 second reset and it works fine. :slightly_smiling:
