Hi, on my new My Cloud ex2 ultra i can’t access as admin.
I have made both types of reset but it always says that username or pwd are wrong.
How can I do? tnx!

If here is where you are having the issue, proceed with a correct 4 seconds reset

Note that with the reset, the user is always Admin and there is no password by default.
