hello folks. When I sign out of mycloud mobile app on my Samsung galaxy note 4 it removes the device from the menu. When I sign back in it says add device manually??? I can do this on my PC with an activation code and all is ok…UNTIL I want to log out on my mobile. Do I really have to stay signed in? I get a message saying forbidden 403 when I try to use my cloud …any ideas?
Please try disabling and enabling the remote access and make sure that you have the ports 80 and 443 open.
