What computer operating system are you using? Have you tried to disable SSH access, then re-enable it through the My Cloud Dashboard then tried accessing the My Cloud via SSH again?
Yes. it works. Thanks to Bennor and rac8006. according to your advice, I ‘disable SSH access, then re-enable it through the My Cloud Dashboard then tried accessing the My Cloud via SSH again’, but I used windows xp. I have changed a new password. Thanks again.
