🆘i cannot log into wdmycloud and device not showing in mycloud.com

I upgraded the firmware in my myCloud harddrive and now I cannot into wdmycloud because the password is incorrect. I even press and held the reset button then try with blank password.

When I log into mycloud.com it cannot find the device, it says timeout error after a while of “indexing”

I click on Configure Network Shares on the lower right and I get “Not on local Network” message.
