I cannot get the My Cloud Home thing on line

I have tried everything from rebooting router, drive, firewall, etc.

It is connected wired.

What should I do? I am an absolute non-expert, so if anyone could help out that would be great.

Of course. As I mentioned, all tips & tricks have been tried out.
