I Hey guys I need help finding my 2TB USB 2.0 power out let Seagate expansion external hard drive. It is formatted to NTFS already. I have movies in it already but when i plug the USB to WD TV live both device light blink and stay on but nothing shows up in the video… It says no storage present in the local storage… If I plug the hard drive in my computer all the file is in there… So I can’t figure out what is the problem.Please, I need help to understand what is happening and what to do.
Check if you have the latest firmware for your WDTV.
