I can only access photos as files from WD desktop app

Hi,

I have uploaded Pic to my WD EX4 using desktop app. I can see all my pics but when I try to access them from desktop app I have to click every pic individually. I can not access them like picture as I can using WD photos on my mobile

Please let me know how can I access my pics through desktop app like pictures.

Hello and welcome to the WD community.

When you access the files, you mean to see the thumbnails for the pictures? If i recall correctly the desktop app does not show thumbnails for pictures.

Desktop app does show thumbnails, double click on thumbnail and picture loads
