I can not use the App WD 2GO PRO in 3G network

I configured the app and it works perfectly under WD 2GO PRO WiFi network.

I can not use the App WD 2GO PRO under 3G network. After a few minutes I returnedthis message: device offline. Device is not accessible. There are local documents. (F.11)

Help me

Can you try different WiFi networks or it only works on yours? If it only works on yours then you’re having a netowrking problem, also do you use the iOS or Android app?
