When I first set up my device I was able to access all shared folders on my device. My main media folder has since disappeared - and although the cloud drive is showing among my media devices - the only folder that shows is a folder that I had set up as a private folder. (?) I also cannot access the media folder from a media streaming app I use on my tablet (to redirect files to my various media players) even though I have been able to access it over my network before. I have also noticed on my dashboard the the number of media files showing are way less than what I actually have on my device (in the Settings and DLNA Media Server). Please could you let me know how to fix this problem.

Have you tried disabling and then re-enabling Twonky for a media library re-scan?
