My hard disk is WD My Passport Ultra 2 TB Portable External USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Auto Backup, Black. I check my warranty of my hard drive and see 18/7/2017. I lose its receipt. I want to ask how do I get warranty support for my defective hard drive when I do not have receipt? What is address of WD’s warranty center that I need to send my hard drive?.
You dont need the receipt in order to have the drive replaced.
