I am not able to move/drag files into new folder

Hi there, I am having a problem with moving/dragging files. I am one of the administrators who has been given full access by the owner of the cloud. Whenever I create a new folder and try to drag/move a file into that folder from one of the existing folders, it doesn’t even give me the option to do so. So far, only the owner/main administrator can do it.

Can anyone help me here please?
