wd my passport cannot be read on windows 7 operating system on my laptop so how can i solve the problem

Hello,

Are you able to use the drive on a different computer? If so, make sure that the laptop is completely up to date with the latest USB drivers.

Make sure you’re not using a cable longer than the one supplied or connecting thru a hub.
