Hello I have a 1st gen my cloud mirror. When I had it on my last computer it worked fine. I was even able to upload photos from my old phone. Now NOTHING happens. The lights are blue but nothing I downloaded has the menu to look at my images. When I go to the menu that tells me about my device it says everything is fine but I cant access the device at all.Thanks!
