My WD My Cloud box is in US. I am in Thailand and have forgotten what my password for FTP on MY Cloud is. How can I recover it or change it from Thailand?
Just incase, are you sure you’re trying to connect to the correct IP? Maybe your ISP IP has changed unless you have sort of DDNS (also provided it’s updating correctly).
There’s no way for you to reset the mycloud ftp/sftp/ssh//webdav password remotely. As for now use the WD remote access if you have it enabled and saved on mobile or laptop currently with you.
