Just tonight after watching an mkv movie I press stop then the remote stop responding(i thought it was out of battery but no) but the hub is functioning because the preview of the movie still works/plays remote just unresponsive. back button, home button, power button doesn’t work only way i did is to pull the plug and start the device again and everything seems back to normal. May I know what causes this because i don’t want this to happen again and risk my external hard disk being corrupted thanks.
How did it start to happen? Out of the blue or after an update? What about the media info of those MKVs?
firmware 2.04.13 i didn’t update nor downgrade the firmware. Media is responsive but i can’t access them because the remote is not functioning.
