Hub keeps rebooting

I’ve now done the UPNP on the Hub and removed IPv6 etc from my win 7 laptop.

I’ll see how it goes, fingers crossed

I have NOT removed IPv6 from my Win 7 computers,  does not seem to be giving me any problems - but I have a WDTV Live and not a Hub.

Yep I’ve also got a Virgin Super Hub - I must say though removing IPv6 and Link-Layer Topology Discover on my 3 win7 laptops does seem to have cured the reboots but I will also look at the VSHUB uPNP settings as suggested

I’m using a Virgin Super Hub too.

Success!   I love it when a pattern is discovered.

Now.  If there’s any network geeks out there, run a WireShark against it and see what it’s doing!  :)

lol, that frightened us all away :stuck_out_tongue:

fancy coming over for a short holiday

looks like the problem started when firmware R25 update was sent to the superhubs in April, the hubs are made by Netgear and have special firmware written by Netgear for Virgin Media.
