Today I tried to play numerous video files (avi and mkv) through my Hub as I did always and the Hub didn’t play those anymore. I’m in the last firmware and I am using two WD My Book external hard disks (1TB and 2TB) to store and play my files. The two external disks are connected to the rear USB port through a USB hub from DLink.
I press PLAY or OK from my remote to play the file and a black screen appears (and instantly the name of the video file and the progress bar) and next appears the cycling arrow and nothing else happens. After that I can go back to media library or the start menu but I can’t play any video file. I didn’t try to play music or audio files. Is it reversible or should I ask for an RMA?
