Hub cropping on different TV

I moved my live HUB from a 37" lcd to a 42" plasma, both are LG and the plasma is actually older than the 37" lcd.

There is cut off on all 4 sides, like the viewing area is too small for what the HUB is displaying.  Both tv’s have a max resolution of 720p.

There is no overscan setting on the TV and everything else displays fine on it…XBOX, PS3 .

Any ideas?
